Mrs. Joanne Smart

Mrs. Smart is orignally from Kirkcaldy, Scotland, and she has lived in the Houston area since 1996. She has taught threes, fours and Pre-K at Building Rainbows since 2000.

"When I am not working, I enjoy reading, music, movies, spending time at the beach, fishing, and camping with my husband and daughter, Erin, who is also a Building Rainbows Alumnus and a graduate of the Pre-K class of 2009."
